1. Introduction

117bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 3. Account Registration and Security

To use the services of 117bet, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You warrant that all information supplied during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

• Username and password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void.

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing a ban or suspension.

• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently through a payment provider (commonly known as a chargeback). Any account that initiates a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. 117bet may close or suspend your account immediately if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Upon valid account closure by the player, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification.
